She is presently practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and other Courts, Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities at Delhi. She is also the panel counsel for the Union of India at the High Court of Delhi.

At the Mumbai office, she extensively deals with undertaking due diligence, negotiating and drafting documents including agreements for sale, general powers of attorney, lease agreement, lease deeds, sale deeds, gift deeds, wills, memorandum of association and bye-laws for the formation of association & societies, project development & management agreements, contractor’s agreements, memorandum of understandings and maintenance agreements.

She regularly appears before the NCLAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court representing clients in a variety of matters including cartel investigations, abuse of dominance cases, as well as matters relating to anti-competitive agreements.

She deals with intricate and complicated competition issues for her clients and assists in rendering strategic solutions pertaining to Indian competition law.
