Presently, he serves as Panel Counsel for Union of India and Panel Counsel for Union Territory of Chandigarh at the Supreme Court of India. He is also panel counsel for the State of Madhya Pradesh at the Supreme Court of India. He is also holding an important position as the National Legal Advisor to the Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG).
